Job Description
Morningstar is looking for entry-level Data Analysts to join its Data and Operations team. Candidates will work with financial datasets, ESG taxonomies, public equity filings, managed investment data, and reference entity data.
The role provides excellent exposure to investment management, Excel, SQL, and Power BI along with structured training and career development opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Search, collect, and verify financial and investment-related data
Handle internal and client queries related to datasets
Learn research methods and data processing standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues
Participate in process improvements and innovation projects
Ensure data quality, productivity, and timely delivery
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance with minimum 60% marks
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
Strong English communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
