Why Should You Participate
The Campus Connect Program gives eligible students a structured opportunity to demonstrate technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, communication skills and overall professional readiness.
Students who perform strongly will receive a Letter of Intent from upGrad and free access to the Entry Level Training Program (ELTP), subject to the applicable selection and program criteria followed by career support.

The Value of the Selected Pathway
The ELTP is a structured entry-level job-readiness program designed to help final-year students and recent graduates prepare for entry-level IT and technology roles. The indicative training value is approximately Rs. 1,50,000 per candidate, offered at no participation fee to selected students, subject to the Letter of Intent and program conditions with placement opportunities from 1000+ hiring partner.
The expected duration is approximately six months. The learning journey covers technical skilling for the selected track along with communication, aptitude, project work and interview readiness.
Important Information
There is no registration fee, deposit or charge payable by a selected student for participation in the ELTP.
Selected students are expected to meet attendance, assessment, assignment, project and conduct requirements communicated by upGrad.
Interview and placement assistance are subject to satisfactory program completion, eligibility, performance and the requirements of hiring companies.
The Letter of Intent, program participation and any support provided do not guarantee employment, internship, placement, interview opportunity or a specific compensation outcome.
