 Job Summary

GKN Aerospace India Trainee Programme is a 15-month structured program designed to develop engineering graduates through phased learning.

You will work on real-time projects, solve real-world problems, and gain exposure to advanced technologies like AI, ML, Data Science, and Industry 4.0.

 Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on digital transformation initiatives including software development and data analytics

• Develop solutions using AI, ML, Machine Vision, and LLM technologies

• Support manufacturing, logistics, quality, and engineering functions

• Contribute to Industry 4.0 and Lean initiatives

• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the organization

• Participate in real-time projects and gain hands-on experience

• Take ownership of project components as skills develop

• Focus on continuous learning and professional growth

 Eligibility Criteria

Essential:

• B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, AI/ML

• Strong software engineering fundamentals

• Basic programming knowledge

• Good communication skills (English)

• Interest in aerospace industry

• Ability to work in teams and build relationships

• Self-driven and adaptable

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Understanding of SQL and databases

• Familiarity with ETL pipelines, dashboards, full-stack development
