Educational Criteria:
BTech/BE/MCA/BCA (CS and Related Branches Only)
Pass Out Year Criteria- 2025 & 2026
No Percentage Criteria
Must-Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
• Understanding of STLC and defect lifecycle
• Experience writing and executing test cases
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman or similar)
• Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress
• Basic understanding of Git / version control
• Strong analytical and communication skill
Good to Have:
• Exposure to automation frameworks (TestNG, Mocha)
• Basic programming knowledge (Java, JavaScript, or Python)
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD pipelines
• ISTQB certification
