Educational Criteria:

• Education: BE/BTech/ MCA (CS/IT branch Only)

• Batch: Pass-out Year 2025 Batch Only

• Percentage: 10th (SSC) – 80%, 12th (HSC) – 70%, Graduation/Post Graduation – 60%.

Position 1:  Dot Net Developer

About The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented .NET Developer (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on developing, enhancing, and maintaining web applications using modern technologies like ASP.NET Core and Angular. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions, gain hands-on experience with real-world projects, and contribute to delivering high-quality software products. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their careers in full-stack development within a structured and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and Angular

•       Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using C# and .NET technologies

•       Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs

•       Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions

•       Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues

•       Assist in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript

•       Work with basic Angular concepts like components, services, and routing

•       Support deployment and basic cloud-related tasks (Azure exposure preferred)

•       Ensure code quality through testing and adherence to best practices

•       Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve technical skills

Skills Required:

•       C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

•       Basic understanding of Angular (components, services, routing)

•       Basic exposure to Azure or cloud concepts

•       Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript

•       Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and Angular

•       Design and consume RESTful APIs

•       Dot NET course completion is must.

Position 2: Power BI Developer

About The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Power BI Developer (Fresher) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports. You will work closely with business and technical teams to understand data requirements, support decision-making, and contribute to improving asset and performance management processes. This role offers a strong foundation in data analytics, business intelligence, and real-world exposure to enterprise data systems, making it an excellent opportunity to begin a career in data-driven decision-making.

Skills Required:

•      Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).

•       Basic understanding of CMMS/EAM and statistical concepts.

•      solid foundation in BI concepts and tools.

•       SQL: Should have Strong knowledge in SQL & Database

•      BI Tools: Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, or BIRT

•       Data Management: Understanding how data is collected, stored, and organized

Key Responsibilities:

•       Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or other BI tools

•       Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources using SQL and Excel

•       Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

•       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into reports

•     Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards

•      Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis

•      Assist in maintaining and updating existing BI reports and dashboards

•      Work with data models and support data structuring for reporting needs

•      Support integration of data from CMMS/EAM systems for analysis (basic level)

•      Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions

•      Document processes, reports, and data flows for future reference

•     Continuously learn and apply new BI tools, techniques, and best practices
