JOB DISCRIPTION
Develop and implement AI/ML models and pipelines.
Work with Deep Learning architectures like Transformers (BERT, GPT, LLaMA), CNNs, RNNs, and Attention-based LSTMs.
Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for production.
Design AI-driven solutions using agent workflows, MCPs (Model Context Protocols), and AI agentic frameworks (LangFlow, Langchain, N8N, etc.).
Leverage NLP techniques such as text summarization, NER, semantic search, and multilingual translation.
Implement ML pipelines and deploy solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into enterprise applications.
Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and apply them to improve model accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands on experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn).
Hands-on experience with RNNs, Attention LSTMs, and Transformers (BERT, GPT, T5, LLaMA).
Experience with AI agent workflows, MCP-based integrations, and orchestration tools.
Proficiency in working with agentic frameworks like LangFlow, N8N, Haystack, or equivalent.
Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and MLOps.
Strong expertise in model deployment with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Excellent problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work in fast-paced agile environments.
