About the Role – Business Analyst

This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to start their journey in business analysis. The Business Analyst will assist in understanding business needs, documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the development and testing of business systems. You will gain hands-on exposure to SDLC, requirement documentation, stakeholder communication, and real-world problem solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Skills Required – Business Analyst

• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.

• Basic understanding of SDLC, databases, and software development processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in teams.

• Business Analysis certification (optional but advantageous).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements in a clear and structured manner.

• Prepare and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FRD (Functional Requirement Documents), RFPs, and other requirement-related documentation.

• Design wireframes and process flows to visually represent business needs and system functionalities.

• Analyze existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications that can be easily understood by development teams.

• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

• Support system testing activities by preparing test cases, validating outputs, and documenting results.

• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with stakeholders for feedback and sign-off.

• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for business systems and applications.

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global or multi-stakeholder environment.

• Support project delivery by managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business domains.
