Experience: Fresher

Stipend During Internship: Up to Rs.15,000/- Per Month 

Duration of Internship: 9 Months

Approx. salary Post Internship: Up to Rs.18,000/- to Rs.25,000 Per Month (Depending upon Performance in Internship)

Bond: 3 Years

Job Location: Bibvewadi, Pune

• Any Graduate/Post Graduate

• No Pass Out Year Criteria 

• No Percentage Criteria 

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and SAP-trained freshers to join our team as Junior SAP Consultants. This role is designed for candidates who are eager to build a long-term career in SAP consulting. Selected candidates will undergo structured in-house training and work closely with experienced SAP professionals on real-time global projects, including SAP Greenfield implementations for international clients across Europe, the USA, ANZ, and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Participate in structured in-house SAP training programs

 Assist in SAP implementation, configuration, testing, and support activities

 Work under the guidance of senior consultants on real-time SAP projects

 Support system testing, documentation, and issue resolution

 Understand client business requirements and SAP processes

 Provide support for SAP modules during training and post-deployment phases

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery

 Adhere to company policies, service agreements, and delivery standards.

Required Skills:

  SAP Certification or completion of SAP training (ABAP or Functional Modules: MM, SD, PP, FICO, BASIS)

 Basic understanding of SAP modules and ERP systems

 Fundamental knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (preferred)

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic work environment

 Ability to work effectively in a team-based setup

 Basic understanding of business processes (preferred)

 Terms & Conditions: There is service agreement of 3 years & if you break this bond, you have to pay penalty amount of Rs.3,00,000/- .
