Position: Database Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join the team as Database Engineers. The selected candidates will work on database design, development, management, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and data-related activities.

During the internship period, candidates will get an opportunity to work with database technologies and gain practical exposure to SQL, Advanced SQL, database administration, backup and recovery, ETL, data migration, and cloud database concepts.

The role may also require candidates to support client requirements and travel to client locations based on business needs.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work on database design, development, and maintenance activities.

• Write, test, and optimize SQL and Advanced SQL queries.

• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.

• Develop and maintain Stored Procedures and Functions.

• Support database performance tuning and query optimization activities.

• Assist in database administration and troubleshooting.

• Perform database backup and recovery-related tasks.

• Support ETL processes and data migration activities.

• Analyze database-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.

• Work with development and technical teams to support database requirements.

• Assist in maintaining database documentation and technical processes.

• Learn and work with basic cloud and database concepts such as AWS and Azure.

• Travel to client locations such as Vizag, Mumbai, or Delhi when required based on project and business needs.
