Internship & Compensation Details:

• Internship Duration: 6 Months

• Stipend During Internship: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Post-Internship Package: Up to ₹4,50,000 PA
  (Based on performance during the internship)

Job Location: Pune

Educational Criteria:

• BCA/BSC/BCS/BE / BTech / MCA /MSC/MCS/ MBA (CS/IT Only )

• Pass-out Year: Any

• No Percentage Criteria

About the Role

As a QA Engineer Intern, you will begin your professional journey in software quality assurance by working closely with experienced QA engineers, developers, and product teams. This internship is designed for freshers who are eager to learn manual testing, automation fundamentals, and real-world project workflows.

You will be involved in understanding requirements, executing test cases, identifying defects, and gradually contributing to automation testing. This role provides strong hands-on exposure to industry-standard tools, frameworks, and QA best practices.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance

• Basic understanding of SDLC & STLC

• Good analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn automation frameworks and tools

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Good to Have:

• Internship, academic project, or professional training experience in software testing or development

• Basic knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or API testing tools

• Awareness of Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Basic programming knowledge (Java / JavaScript / Python)

• Familiarity with Git or any version control system

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or currently pursuing) is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand application requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria

• Design and execute manual test cases for web and/or mobile applications

• Identify, log, and track defects with clear steps, evidence, and impact

• Create and maintain test documentation such as test cases, test data, and basic test plans

• Write and maintain automation test cases/scripts under guidance

• Execute automated test suites and analyze test results

• Perform smoke, sanity, and regression testing

• Re-test bug fixes and validate features after deployments

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to improve product quality

• Continuously learn QA standards, tools, and modern testing practices
