About The Role:
The Dispatch & Logistics Executive will manage daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and products. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing fleet and third-party logistics partners, maintaining accurate dispatch records, and ensuring compliance with safety and transportation regulations. The position also supports route optimization, cost efficiency, and project-based delivery timelines.
Skills Required:
Proven experience (2 to 3 years) in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain management—preferably transport, or a similar field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in inventory management and dispatch Data.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of transportation and logistics best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Roles & Responsibility:
Plan and manage dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and warehouse teams to organize shipments based on project timelines.
Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper handling of high-value or fragile items.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to avoid delays due to material shortages.
Track and manage fleet operations, drivers, and third-party logistics providers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and transportation regulations.
Handle customer service issues related to delivery delays or damaged goods.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, delivery notes, and inventory records.
Optimize dispatch routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate returns, replacements, and re-dispatching when necessary.
Good To Have:
Experience with ERP systems or dispatch management tools.
Familiarity with Courier handling practices.
Understanding of project-based delivery timelines.
