Positions : Technical Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Install software at client locations
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
Identify problems accurately and provide quick solutions
Handle customer queries and provide technical guidance
Work with operating systems, computers, and basic networking
Travel to nearby districts for client support when required
Ensure clients are satisfied with the product and service
Approx Package Per Annum: up to Rs.1,80,000/- to Rs.2,40,000/- Per Annum
Job Location: Pune
Educational Criteria:
BCA/MCA/BCS/BSC-CS/BE/B-Tech (CS/IT Only)
