Position 1. Trainee – Business Analyst (BA)
About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst who will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and help deliver effective business solutions.
Skills Required
Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
Prepare BRD, FRD, and other functional documents
Coordinate with development and QA teams
Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business needs
Create process flows, wireframes, and reports
Assist in identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
Good to Have:
Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis
Educational Criteria:
BTech / BE/ MCA /MSC (CS/IT)

About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Flutter Intern (Fresher) to join our development team. The intern will work closely with senior developers to build, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement UI/UX features
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Integrate APIs and third-party libraries under guidance
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings
• Learn and follow best coding practices and development standards

Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Learn and follow front-end best practices and coding standards
