Approx. Package: ₹6,09,000/- Per Annum
Gross Salary: ₹5,00,000/- Per Annum.
Shift: Night shift
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Bond: 3 Year

Note: The selected candidates will be required to sign a 3-year service agreement, effective from the date of joining. As part of this agreement, 20% of the gross monthly salary will be deducted until a total amount of ₹2,00,000 is accumulated. This amount will be fully reimbursed upon successful completion of the 3-year service period
Educational Criteria:
● BTech/BE (CS/IT/EC & ICT or related)
● Passing Year: 2023, 2024 & 2025
● Percentage Criteria: 70% in 10th & 12th.

About The Role:
We are looking for a Support and Implementation Analyst to provide technical support to US healthcare clients, assist with system setup, and resolve issues related to EHR/EMR systems. The role involves incident management, client communication, and ensuring timely resolution as per SLAs in a night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing technical support to US Healthcare clients (EHR, EMR) via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
Talking clients through a series of actions either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Logging client queries using service management tools to record each & every query
Detect, record and classify the incidents & provide initial incident support
Investigate, prioritize and diagnose the incidence based on impact & urgency
Resolve incidents and recover service as per agreed service levels & close the incidents
Maintain ownership, monitoring, tracking & communications about incidents
Provide management information about Incident Management quality and operations
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers
Required Skills & Competencies:
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Experience with hardware and software issues.
Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
