About the Role

Birlasoft is looking for enthusiastic and motivated engineering and management graduates to join its Oracle Transportation Management consulting team.

As an OTM Techno-Functional Consultant, the selected candidates will work with global customers to implement, configure, support, and enhance Oracle Transportation Management solutions that help optimize logistics and supply chain operations.

The role provides exposure to Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Oracle Cloud technologies, AI-enabled business solutions, and enterprise consulting.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Learning Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionality, business processes, and best practices.

• Assisting with requirement gathering and solution design activities.

• Supporting system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

• Supporting production issues, incident resolution, and enhancement requests.

• Preparing functional specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.

• Collaborating with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.

• Participating in system integration and data validation activities.

• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Continuously learning emerging Oracle Cloud and Supply Chain technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.

• MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Systems, or Business Analytics.
