🌐 About the Role
The Ace Team is Cognizant’s selective engineering program designed for high-potential AI engineers. Selected candidates will work on real client problems using AI-native tools, modern architectures, and full-stack technologies.
You will build production-ready systems such as RAG pipelines, AI agents, and LLM-integrated applications, while working closely with global teams and stakeholders.

AI-Native Engineering
Build UI components, REST APIs, and end-to-end AI workflows
Develop RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and LLM-based applications
Design prompts, structured outputs, and AI workflows
Solution Design & Architecture
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Contribute to architecture decisions and system design
Work with unfamiliar codebases and problem statements
Quality & Governance
Validate AI outputs for accuracy and reliability
Implement monitoring, logging, and AI guardrails
Ensure responsible AI and secure development practices
Delivery & Client Impact
Deliver production-ready features and client demos
Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts
Document solutions for scalability
Collaboration
Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work with cross-functional teams and mentor peers
