Stipend During Training Period:

First 6 Months: Unpaid.
From 7th to 12th Months: Rs.7,000/- Per Month 

Duration of Training Period: 1 Year

Approx. Package Post Training Period: Rs.2,50,000/- to Rs.3,50,000/- Per Annum (Depends Upon Performance in Training Period)

Bond: 1 Year 

Job Location: Pune

Educational Criteria:

• BE/BTech/BSC/BCA(AIML/DS/CS/IT/ENTC/IOT) 

• No Pass Out Year

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as PHP Developer Interns and QA Interns. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about software development and quality assurance, and are eager to gain hands-on industry experience.

As a PHP Developer Intern, you will work on developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications.
As a QA Intern, you will focus on testing software applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

 · Understand project requirements, system flow, and application functionality

· Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using PHP

· Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices

· Perform manual testing and execute test cases to ensure product quality

· Identify, report, and track bugs and defects

· Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues

· Work with databases (MySQL) for data validation and management

· Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

· Maintain proper documentation for code, test cases, and processes

· Support regression, functional, and usability testing

Required Skills:

· Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

· Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

· Familiarity with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

· Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies

· Knowledge of MySQL or relational databases

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Attention to detail and debugging ability

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Familiarity with tools like Git / Jira (preferred)

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
