Job Location: Pune/Mumbai

Educational Criteria:

• BE/ BTECH (CS, IT, AI/ML)

• Pass Out Year Criteria: 2025 only

• Percentage Criteria:  80% (10th,12th,Graduate)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the ML team to build, train, and deploy deep learning models.

• Design, train, and finetune AI/ML Models, especially Generative AI, Computer Vision to address specific use cases

• Define architecture and tool selection for CV training system and chatbot.

• End-to-end model integration for classification, segmentation, and detection YOLOv5–YOLO12, SAM variants, etc.).

• Lead RAG + Neo4J + Vector DB pipeline development.

• Implement FastAPI with dynamic model loading and optimization.

• Conduct benchmarking and performance tuning across all models.

• Validate inference latency, optimize for CPU and GPU-based systems.

• Lead development for multimodal (Text, Image, Audio, Video) models.

• Implement Ask-Anything pipeline with context retrieval.

• Apply advanced techniques, including embeddings, finetuning, and custom prompting strategies.

• Deploy, manage, and optimize AI models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (or other cloud platforms like AWS/Azure Confidential

• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product managers, data scientist, and software engineers to deliver AI driven solutions

• Hands-on experience on Docker, Kubernetes.

• Finalize documentation, manage error handling, and testing workflows.

Skills Required:

• Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning

• CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs, ML Algorithms, Data Modeling, Data Handling.

• Experience in Computer Vision

• Classification, Object Detection (YOLOv11/12), Segmentation (SAM/SAM2, MobileSAM, FastSAM, Mask-RCNN), Image Processing, Model Finetuning.

• NLP and LLM Experience

• HuggingFace Transformers, Open-Source LLMs (LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, DeepSeek, Phi-2)

• Proficiency in Python, NumPy, pandas, OpenCV, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow

• API Development & Integration

• Experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• Vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Pinecone)

• Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j)

• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with at least one complete project involving deep learning or generative AI (can be academic, open-source, or personal project).

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

• Experience working with libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, or similar is a
