Stipend During Internship: Up to Rs.10,000/- to Rs.15,000/- Per Month (Depending upon Interview)

Duration of Internship: 6 Months

Approx. salary: Up to Rs.4,00,000/- to Rs.6,00,000 Per Annum (Depending upon Performance in Internship)

Job Location: Pune

Educational Criteria:

• BE/BTech (Robotics, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation)

• Pass Out Year Criteria - only 2025 & 2026 Pass out

• Percentage Criteria - 60 % Throughout (10th, 12th, Graduation, Postgraduate)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Robotics Engineer Intern to join our engineering team and assist in the design, development, and testing of robotic systems. You will work on a real-world automation challenge. This internship will provide hands-on experience in robotics, embedded systems, and prototyping.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Robotics Development

• Assist in the design, modelling, and simulation of robotic mechanisms, including multi-axis robotic arms.

• Participate in kinematic and dynamic analysis for robotic arm motion planning.

2. Embedded Systems & Controls

• Work on microcontroller-based control systems (e.g., STM32, ESP32, Arduino, etc.).

• Implement motor control algorithms for stepper/BLDC/servo motors used in the robotic arm.

• Assist in developing closed-loop control using sensors such as encoders, limit switches, and current sensors.

3. Software Development

• Contribute to firmware development in C/C++ or Python.

• Work with robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2.

• Support integration of communication protocols like UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, or RS485.

4. Prototyping & Testing

• Assist in building prototypes using 3D printing, laser cutting, and rapid prototyping tools.

• Conduct functional testing of mechanical and electrical subsystems.

• Help prepare test setups for validating cleaning efficiency, repeatability, and safety of the robotic arm.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare test reports, design documentation, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.

• Document control algorithms, design revisions, and calibration procedures.

• Contribute to project presentations and technical reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of robotics, kinematics, and automation.

• Experience with microcontrollers (Arduino, STM32, ESP32, Raspberry Pi).

• Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Onshape).

• Knowledge of motor drivers, power electronics basics, and sensors.

• Programming skills in C, C++, or Python.

• Basic understanding of ROS/ROS2.

• Ability to work with mechanical tools and prototyping equipment.
