Position: Support and Implementation Analyst

Approx Package: ₹6,09,000/- Per Annum
Gross Salary: ₹5,00,000/- Per Annum.
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Bond: 3 Year
Note: (The selected candidates will be required to sign a 3-year service agreement, effective from the date of joining. As part of this agreement, 20% of the gross monthly salary will be deducted until a total amount of ₹2,00,000 is accumulated. This amount will be fully reimbursed upon successful completion of the 3-year service period.)
Educational Criteria:
● BTech/BE/BCA (All Branches)
● Pass Out Year: 2023, 2024 & 2025
● Percentage: 70% in 10th & 12th
Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive – US Healthcare (EHR/EMR) to provide end-to-end application and system support to US healthcare clients. The role involves incident management, client communication, troubleshooting, and ensuring service continuity within defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide technical support to US Healthcare clients for EHR/EMR systems via email, phone, and other electronic channels.
● Guide clients step-by-step to set up systems, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems remotely or over calls.
● Log, track, and manage client queries using service management / ticketing tools, ensuring accurate documentation.
● Identify, classify, and record incidents; provide initial incident support as per defined processes.
● Analyse, prioritize, and diagnose incidents based on business impact and urgency.
● Resolve incidents within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure proper closure.
● Maintain ownership of incidents, including monitoring, follow-ups, and clear communication with stakeholders.
● Generate and share management reports related to incident quality, resolution timelines, and operational performance.
● Build strong working relationships with customers, internal teams, and technical professionals such as developers.
Required Skills & Competencies
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
● Strong responsiveness to support emails, phone calls, and electronic communications.
● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a problem-solving mindset.
● Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
● Proficiency in internet-based applications such as Email clients, FTP tools, and web browsers.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
● Customer-focused attitude with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport.
