About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Marketer responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our social media presence across platforms. The role focuses on audience growth, engagement, lead generation, and brand positioning through strategic content and paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
Manage and grow brand presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
Plan monthly content calendars including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs tailored to each platform.
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement in a timely manner.
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
Analyse performance metrics and prepare monthly reports (reach, engagement, leads, ROI).
Track social media trends, competitor activity, and algorithm updates.
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
Experience with Meta Business Suite and ad campaign management.
Knowledge of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics – preferred).
Excellent communication and content planning skills.
Basic understanding of branding and visual consistency.
Experience in handling multiple brand accounts.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations.
Certification in digital marketing or social media marketing.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Follower growth and engagement rate.
Lead generation and conversions.
Ad performance and ROI.
Content reach and impressions.
